Frequently Asked Questions

Life Coaching helps individuals overcome their self-imposed limits to become their best selves. A good coach asks the right questions to shift a client’s mindset and support them in reaching their goals. Coaching pushes people to think creatively and see things differently, encouraging them to step our of their comfort zones for personal growth and success.

Anyone who wants to enhance their success in life, whether in finances, relationships, business, or any other aspect, may benefit from hiring a life coach. Even highly successful life coaches seek guidance from others to navigate new challenges and achieve greater success. Our current knowledge and efforts have brought us to where we are, but to progress further, hiring a coach can provide the support needed to move forward.

Coaching is different from therapy and should not be seen as a form of therapy. It involves recognizing the challenges in an individual’s life that are preventing them from reaching their full potential. Once these obstacles are pinpointed, a coach will develop a plan to assist clients in attaining their goals. Seeking a coach’s guidance is not a sign of weakness or shame, in fact, many successful individuals work with coaches at some point in their lives. Asking for help is a courageous step, as we all need support to achieve our aspirations.

It is very important not to mix between a Coach and a consultant. The main difference is, a consultant is a person you hire or outsource in order to do a certain job for you, so consultants are usually outsourced to do specific tasks for your company or give you certain advise for you to take specific action. on the other hand, a Coach is a person who analyses your challenge or the specific area that you are willing to improve in your life, ask you unique questions and help you to find the answers within yourself.

Complimentary Session

My first session is complimentary, I call it  a “casual meet up” where clients briefly tell the challenge that they want to work on, and I will assess if the case in hand is something a Life Coach can help in.
